This information is collected through use of cookies, log files, and third party sources. Once we have gathered this information, we may use it to create a “profile” of your preferences, which we may “tie” to Your Information in order to improve your experience using the Website during future visits. We will not share your profile with third parties except with our Partners, and then only for the purpose of providing products and services to you through us. We use both session ID and persistent cookies on this Website. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser’s “help” file. Sharing Your Information with Third Parties

The following elements of Your Information may be shared with third parties in the manner set forth below:

Partners with whom you have booked travel or purchased other golf-related goods or services. We share certain elements of Your Information with those of our Partners that are providing you with your golf trip or are providing you with golf-related goods or services. Such Partners may include: your resort or hotel destination; a tour operator; a golf instructor or seller of other golf-related goods or services; and/or a golf professional if he or she created a trip on your behalf.

Other Partners. We share your email address and name with all of our Partners, regardless of whether they are currently part of any trips you have planned or are providing you with golf-related goods or services.

Other Third Parties. We will not provide any of Your Information to persons or entities that are not providing you with golf-related goods or services through the Website. We will not share your financial institution account information with any third parties other than those third parties who process payments on our behalf.

Legal Disclosures. We may disclose Your Information to the extent required by law or when we reasonably believe that disclosure is necessary to protect a person, property, or our rights, and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on TRIPCADDIE.

Aggregate Information (not personally identifiable)

We share aggregate information about our user base with third parties, including, our Partners and prospective Partners (for example, we may let our Partners know how many persons have registered on the Website during a given period of time). This information does not identify individual users, does not link with Your Information, and does not include any information from which the identity of particular persons can be ascertained.

Access to Personally Identifiable Information.

If Your Information changes, or if you no longer wish to use our Website, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate your registration by contacting us by email at the email address listed below. We will not share Your Information once you have deactivated your registration, but we do not have control over elements of Your Information that we may have shared with Partners or other third parties prior to such deactivation.

Security.

The security of Your Information is important to us. When you enter payment information when creating a new trip, that information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and we do not save your credit card information. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect Your Information, both during transmission and once we have received it. However, please be advised that no method of transmission over the Internet, or other method of electronic storage, is ever 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Information, we cannot absolutely guarantee its security.

Transfer of Our Business.

If TRIPCADDIE merges with or is acquired by another company or sells some or all of its assets, TRIPCADDIE has the right to transfer Your Information in connection with any such merger, acquisition, asset transfer or other similar business transfer without notice to you.

Changes in this Privacy Policy.

If we change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on the Website or at another location we reasonably deem to be appropriate, so that are always informed of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it to third parties. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you on this Website. By using the Website, you consent to the collection and use of information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
